Woodlands Kitchen and Main Floor Renovation

I always get so excited when I see a transformation of a home, and this renovation project is no different.  I was so excited to be working with my clients on transforming their main living space which included a kitchen and main floor living room and dining room.

BEFORE: Tight and Darkrenovation

There were quite a number of things that were going to done to this kitchen and main floor area.renovation

After: Fresh and Cozy

The end result is truly amazing!  My clients have a brand new kitchen with a very functional layout.  I used every available space we could knowing that we were going to be taking out a wall from what was the existing kitchen.  They now also have an open concept with their adjoining family room and dining room/eating area.renovation

Remember the back closet?  Here's the new built in pantry.

Shorter windows allowed for these built in cabinets which now is a coffee bar and charging station.

With limited wall space, we installed the microwave above the gas stove.

renovation

Built in wine rack - for the important stuff!   Custom stools were ordered as well.

Glass pendant lighting for the island

The view of the new glass rail with the custom pantry.  LOVE the clock I found for this wall!

The beautiful 'after' shot!

New dining room furniture and artwork for the now open dining room.

renovation

New paint for the entire main floor and a reconfiguration of the mantle to accommodate the TV above the fireplace.

renovation

New ottoman, side tables and lights.

While there are still some finishing touches (my clients are still debating on whether or not to cover their kitchen windows - as they're loving all the natural light), I am very pleased at how this space turned out.  What is more important, my clients also feel the same way!
