Organizing Christmas Decorations

It's the last Monday before Christmas and I'm sure most homes are fully decorated by now.  It is typically this time of year that I'm asked about Christmas storage.  This year, on December 27th, I'll be on our local Morning TV News show on Global TV talking about 5 of my favourite Christmas organizing tools.  Here's a sneak peak at 2 items I'll be talking about.

Christmas Light Storage

Have you ever been faced with lights that look like this?christmas light storage

I recently came across this nifty organizing system for Christmas lights:

This organizing tool really makes putting up the lights AND taking the lights down so much easier.  I'll be bringing one of these with me to show.

Christmas Decoration Storage

There's nothing worse than getting ready to decorate the Christmas tree only to find the majority of your ornaments are either chipped or broken.  While there are many ways to store delicate and fragile Christmas decorations, I happen to like this one:Christmas Decoration Storage

While this one has dividers to keep the ornaments from touching each other, the bin is also clear so it makes it very easy to see what is in the bin.

I'm looking forward to sharing my top 5 Christmas organizing tools on the 27th.  Do you happen to have a favorite way or a favorite storage system you just can't live without?  I'd love to hear if you do.

From my family to yours, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and holiday season!
