My top 3 KBIS 2020 finds: Functional and pretty all wrapped into one

When I attended the Kitchen and Bath Show a couple of weeks ago, I saw so many wonderful products and learned so much. While this has taken me a little while to get to this post, I wanted to share my top 3 KBIS 2020 finds with you.

Keep in mind, my top 3 are chosen with my client in mind. I often asked myself:

  • Would my client see a use for this in their space?
  • Is this something that will help my client(s) in their home or office?
  • Will this product bring value to the lives of my clients?

My top 3 are not the flashiest, the most expensive, or the latest and greatest (since sliced bread). They are however, items that I know my clients would be very interested in.

My top 3 KBIS 2020 finds

Delta™ Glass Rinser

This product was one of the products that won 'Best of KBIS'. Although it's rather simple, there are so many benefits to having one installed.

While we all know that coffee shops, like Starbucks, uses these, this product falls into the category of, 'Why didn't I think of that?"

As for the installation, this one is super easy AND does not take up a huge amount of counter space. Oh - did I mention how reasonable they are in price?

Delta™ Glass Rinser

Although I don't have babies anymore, any new mom would love the ease of washing out bottles and sippy cups. As for me, with my 24 year old son and 22 year old daughter, I would LOVE it if they could rinse out their shaker bottles! Can I hear a

YES PLEASE!

Sanrafael Doors

Sanrafael is a company based out of Spain whose focus is on quality, flexibility, and customization.

They had some beautiful doors on display such as the one below (it was so hard to get a picture without someone standing on the other side!)

When it comes the fine details, their hidden hinge system is simply wonderful.

Sanrafael was showcasing a new barn door slide system. We typically use barn door hardware when we don't want to install a pocket door or we have limited space (or don't wish to make space) for the swing with a hinged door.

This door was just hung when the image was taken. This is one of our investment properties that used barn door hardware for the door heading into the master ensuite | Designer Sheri Bruneau

What really peaked my interest is how they have manufactured a barn-door gliding system without the barn door hardware. They call it their hidden external slide.

Sanfarael, has created something amazing and the only way I know how to explain it is to show you the video I took.

When it comes to our health and wellness, Sanrafael also provides health and hygiene solutions.

While doors do function to provide privacy, they should also be aesthetically pleasing. The best part about Sanrafael doors? We can get them in Canada!

Delta Kayra™ Bath Faucet

I know, another Delta™ product. Seriously, I'm not on their payroll! I just happened to really love what they were showcasing this year at KBIS 2020.

The Kayra™ Bath Collection did not disappoint!

This is a bathroom faucet, and while you may think what is setting this apart from others, let me show you!

I can not tell you how many people were around this vignette when I was there. It was so hard to get a good shot of this (I had to be quick)!

This is the first time I have seen a pull-down faucet for a bathroom. I think it's brilliant as there always seems to be toothpaste and gunk that needs to be cleaned out of a sink. I am forever cupping water into my hands to clean the sink out. On a side note, the pull down feature is only available in the single handle model.

THIS is going on my list when we renovate our master bathroom!

My top 3 KBIS 2020 find:

Well, those are my top 3 picks. As you may have noticed, I did not include any appliances (and man oh man, were there plenty of great appliances!).

I purposely chose items that relate to may work in the renovation and remodel world.

Functional items for your kitchen

While you may not be looking to renovate, we can all use some functional items in our home. I thought it would be fun to round up some functional items that I personally love to use in my own kitchen. Some are purely functional, some are pretty, and some are good for our environment. Just click on the item to shop the look.

The items below may contain affiliate links. Any purchases, at no additional charge to you, are most appreciated and make this blog possible.
