We're a week away from Christmas and social media is full of beautiful holiday decorating tips and images of nicely decorated homes, gorgeous front entrances, and of course, stunningly decorated trees. I look at all of those images, read all of the tips, and think,

Please. Someone please just do it for me!

Here's the truth, I hate holiday decorating. As most of you know, I enjoy the crash and bang. I love pulling together a space that involves construction.

Shopping for tile, flooring, designing cabinets, etc. - I get all jacked-up when I have to shop for a renovation. Shopping for holiday decorating items? No thank you.
