Out with the old, in with the new: ceiling fan options
When I was designing a new master bathroom for clients, one wish from the Mrs. was to have a ceiling fan in her bathroom. The Mrs. wished to have great air flow in the bathroom and a ceiling fan was one way to get that air moving and there was plenty of space to have one installed. What I was struggling with was finding a nice ceiling fan that really didn't look like a ceiling fan. This was the first time I was looking hard for ceiling fan options and low and behold, I came across the fandelier!
Ceiling Fan Options
The ceiling fan that I chose for my clients' master bathroom was this one:I wanted something that fit the space and I wanted a bit more of a sophisticated look (it's not often you see fan in a bathroom). While the blades are hidden, my client tells me the air circulation is fantastic!
More ceiling fan options
While the above fandelier was not an easy find (the master bathroom above was completed last year and there were not a lot of great options), I find myself on the hunt, once again for one. This time, the design of the space is quite different than the master bathroom above. The space I am searching for one is a family room in an open concept home. My clients are not wishing to see a 'traditional' fan every day. I'm searching for a chrome look with just a touch of bling. Here are just a few that I've found that would be perfect for the space I am designing:
While this last fan is a stunner, it does come with a hefty price tag ($28,800) so I'm pretty sure this little beauty will blow my budget!
Ceiling Fan Options: Onward and Upwards
I am thrilled to see that in just under one year, there seems to be more and more choices for fandeliers. I look forward to continuing my hunt for the best one for my clients!
