Must See Bathroom Transformation: Powder Room & Main Bath
I am super excited to be sharing with you two bathroom transformations! The home with these two bathrooms is going to be undergoing an entire transformation so we broke up the work into phases. We started 'Phase 1' with these two bathrooms.
Bathroom Transformation: Powder Room
Here are a couple of before pictures of the powder room before the bathroom transformation:
Dated vanity, counter and light were not going to stay.
The corner shower was also not going to stay.
When I first saw this powder room I was surprised that there was a shower in it. The door was unable to fully open as the toilet was right in the way and tucked in the corner.While there is a bedroom on the main floor, the shower was not needed. The bedroom is now being used as a home office and there are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs and another bedroom in the basement.The design concept was pretty simple for this powder room. We were going to remove the shower and move the toilet to a better position (so as not to have the door in the way).
The finishes for this bathroom transformation were going to be fun! Mr. and Mrs. Client wanted a powder room that was going to stand out and make a little bit of a WOW impression. The WOW in this space, in my opinion, is the wallpaper. We used a Candice Olson Squiggles Wallpaper that I had custom ordered for this space. I especially love the fact that the squiggles are actually made of recycled windshield glass beads!
From the custom floating vanity, to the quartz counter, to the vessel sink and faucet, to the mirror, to the sconces and the luxury vinyl tile floor, I think everything came together so nicely in this space!

Bathroom Transformation: Main Bath
The main bathroom (or better known as the kids bathroom) underwent a bathroom 'refresh' transformation. There were no changes to the template and nothing major was moved. In fact, we were able to have the solid oak vanity painted which was a huge plus with helping with the budget.Here is what the bathroom looked like before the bathroom transformation:
Dated bath , tile and faucets were going to be refreshed.
We decided to keep the existing vanity and have it painted. Counters, sink, faucet, mirror, vanity light, toilet, cabinet knobs, bath tub, wall paint and flooring were all getting a refresh.

It's always a little bit of a challenge for a photographer to take great shots in small spaces and I think Ruth did an amazing job. A video of the spaces will be coming soon!
